Viking Amethyst Diamond Thumbprint Vase, SM Sandwich Glass Museum

Wonderful Viking purple amethyst diamond thumbprint vase, measuring approx 11-1/2" tall by 2-3/4" at the top. Produced between 1970s-1990s for the Sandwich Glass Museum. Marked "SM" on the base and also on the side near the base.

Attribution note - the diamond thumbprint pattern is a reproduction of a 19th century pattern produced by multiple makers (notably some of the earliest examples were produced by the Union Glass Company and Sandwich Glass Company). 

Condition - excellent condition with no chips or cracks.
