Natural Coral Encrusted Undersea Ceramic Teapot, Portland Pottery, Staffordshire, Made in England 1950s

This lovely unique partially coral encrusted ceramic teapot was salvaged by a diver from Trinity Bay, Newfoundland & Labrador (Canada). The base reads "Portland Pottery / Cobridge / Staffordshire / Made in England / 12 / 1954". Measures approx 8-1/2" wide (including spout and handle) by 4-3/4" deep by 4" tall. An interesting display item or conversation piece!

Condition - Missing the lid, plus has a crack and minor damage near the handle. Of course this piece is more about the uniqueness and charm than the condition. See our other listings for additional undersea coral pieces.
