Large Vintage Italian Vase, Aldo Londi Rimini Blu Vase for Bitossi Ceramiche Italy, Model 1577

Impressive large Aldo Londi Rimini Blu vase designed for Bitossi Ceramiche Italy. Marked "Italy 1577" on the base. While Rimini Blu has been produced since 1959, the marking suggests that it was produced between the late 1950s-1970s, after which pieces were impressed with the Bitossi name and family crest. Measures approx 17-1/4" tall by 5-3/4" wide weighing 6lb 4oz.

Condition - Very good condition with no chips or cracks, except for a small flake in the glaze at the base (see pic #1 and 3). Also check our listings for a smaller, matching Rimini Blu vase.
