This stunning small pink trumpet/bud vase was most likely produced by Josef Feigl of Libochovice Glassworks, Chzechoslovakia, in the 1930s. Josef Feigl is known to have produced very similar pieces using the same motifs. This piece measures approx 6-1/4" tall by 2-5/8" across at the top; featuring a trumpet shape with slightly scalloped rim, panel sides, and two turtle doves atop an octogonal base. The main vase is clear, whereas the doves and base are satin.
Condition - very good overall condition with exception of an extremely small fleabite on the rim. Glassmaking issues - very tiny bubbles may be found in the glass. There are glass impurities in an area near the rim (see pic #8), and also a small straw mark on the edge of the base (see pic #9) which could be mistaken for a small crack. I also see a couple of very small spots (splashes?) where the clear glass may have been accidentally etched like the doves/base.
