Gordon Hoselton Aluminum Goose Sculpture #202 on Natural Stone Marble Base, Gordon Hoselton Signed Aluminum Art Sculpture, Canadian Art

This eye-catching cast aluminum "goose in flight" sculpture was produced by Canadian sculptor Gordon Hoselton (1930-2003). The sculpture itself measures approx 6-3/4" long x 6-3/4" wide x 1-1/4" tall, and is swivel mounted on a natural white marble base measuring approx 7" long x 5-1/2" wide x 3-1/4" tall. The total height of both pieces is 4-1/2" tall. This less commonly found piece has details carved on the wings and is marked "CANADA". It is stickered "Hoselton Sculpture / Made in Canada" and engraved "Hoselton 202" (pic #5). The underside of the base is smooth, and signed "Gordon Hoselton" (pic #8). It is additionally supported by 4 small rubber feet.

Condition - Good condition, exhibiting minor overall wear, and minor scraping where the piece sits/swivels on the stone base (see pic #9). There are also minor spots on the top (see pic #10) and on the underside.
