Antique Jefferson Blue Opalescent Coinspot Lemonade/Water Pitcher No 0180 Circa 1905, EAPG

This large, blue opalescent coinspot lemonade/water pitcher was produced by the Jefferson Glass Company (USA) around 1905. It measures approx 9-1/4" tall x 6-3/4" across the top, and holds approx 2 qts (8 cups). It is made of pressed glass, and features a characteristic opalescent crimped/ruffled rim, opalescent coin spots, and applied handle.

Attribution note - this piece is sometimes confused with the similar Fenton "coindot" pattern produced during the later 1940s/50s.

Condition - excellent condition with no chips or cracks.
